Wonderful Read Aloud, Great Illustrations

This is one of my very favorite books to read aloud to young children. This is a take off on the Red Riding Hood story, but it's little wolf who's trying to get through the scary woods to visit his grandmother. It's an exciting, and ultimately sweet story with beautiful illustrations. The picture of the Giant head first down the hole with his bottom sticking out always gets a laugh. This book deserves to be a classic.
