Little Robin's generosity is rewarded in this heartwarming holiday tale about the gift of sharing. "A cozy Christmas read." --Kirkus Reviews One frosty evening, a week before Christmas, Little Robin prepares for the chilly nights to come by washing his seven warm knit vests. But as the days go by, he comes across lots of shivering animals and kindly offers them his vests to wear. By Christmas Eve, Little Robin is cold and alone with no vests left. That is, until a special someone arrives to reward his kindness in this heartwarming holiday tale about the gift of sharing.
I am a storyteller and I have turned this book into a feltboard story for small children. They love it and I love it. It is so satisfying to present. The book itself is equally lovely for one on one lap reading. It is my favorite Christmas story for small children. The true meaning of Christmas is simply and profoundly conveyed in a way that melts my heart and children also love it and feel it. I would given this little book a big award if I could.
Wonderful Christmas Story

Little Robin's Christmas is a wonderful story about the true meaning of Christmas. Little Robin has a warm vest for each of the days remaining before Christmas. But each day, he runs across an animal suffering in the cold, so he hands over his own vest. By Christmas, he has no vests left and is left shivering in the cold. Then a mysterious man in a red suit makes little Robin a special vest and thanks him for remembing the real meaning of Christmas. My 3-year-old daughter loves this and learns about sharing all year round.
