This book is about the first time he goes to school. I always liked reading this book when I was younger. In a way, it sort of reminds me of my first day of school, because I was a little afraid and a little excited at the same time. In the book it tells about how he got all new things and what he did while he was in school. I gave this book 4 stars. (...)

Little Critter's This is my School

This book is about a four to me. It teaches children to do what they are told. Just because they don't want to do it, they still have to. That is a good thing to teach children. This book is probably for children under seven because they need to know this stuff as they are getting older, or to old. This is another ok book because I am just not intrestined in to this story.

Little Critter's This Is My School is about a critter who is starting school and is scared, but finds that school isn't as scary as he thought it would be.It teaches that staring school or a new school isn't scary.I think the age level is around 5-6 years.I think the book was good because it shows how fun starting school can be.

Little Critter is excited about the first day of school. He has new clothes to wear and a new pencil and notebook. He wants to give the teacher his new bug, but his mom said an apple is better. Little Critter's teacher is Miss Kitty. He tells about all the things that he gets to do at school! They learn a song, draw pictures, play outside, listen to stories, and have rest time. Then they got to meet the school nurse, go to the library, and even watch a film about dinosaurs. It's finally time to go home and Miss Kitty helps them onto the bus. Little Critter is excited about show and tell tomorrow; he wants to bring his pet snake! This book would help children develop confidence for their first day of school by seeing all the fun things that Little Critter gets to do.
