Order a very good condition book but came very torn and most of the flaps are gone.

Flaps Missing

Very Disappointed. The book was listed as acceptable but most of the flaps are missing which means part of the story is missing and it doesn’t make sense.

Half of the flaps are missing so the story doesn’t make sense.

Very disappointed

Oh man.. This is my first time ordering. I am a preschool teacher and I ordered "lift the flap books and the flaps are missing" there are a total of two remaining flaps for the whole book that should have one on each page. the shell spine of the book is completely torn. Never again.

Flaps/pages torn out and missing

The book looked fine at first glance but once I opened it I found half the flaps torn off, and with them sections of the story were missing. I could understand a few flaps gone but having that disrupt the flow of the story was very disappointing. It was listed as Acceptable, which has never been an issue with any of my past orders.
