A good primer on the integration of virtue and prayer

In this book, James Keating lays out the relationship between seeking a life of virtue and deepening the spiritual life. As Keating says, "Only in the interpretation of moral living and spiritual living will the full power of Christian moral conversion be experienced." The whole purpose of this book is to strengthen the individual that he may live in better communion with himself, God, and with others which God has placed in his life.
