Hundreds of years earlier, when Earth was reaching its boiling point, Humans colonized a far-off solar system, and named it after its primary planet, Azul (Blue, in Spanish).

Believing Earth to be a dead world, no Azulian has any idea that Liliana Gunnarsson, a twelve-year-old girl, secretly from 43rd century Germany, is about to begin attending classes at esteemed Saint Mary's Academy, located in C rdoba, Nueva Argentina. But if anyone knew Lili, they would be aware that she has some serious baggage-especially during Azul's twin full moons.
They would also know that she has a substantial command over the oldest technology in the universe; something we mere mortals colloquially call magic.
And, with Lili, that's not a really good combination.

Lili is familiar with the Grigori: fallen angels of ancient lore, they are of the first species to ever populate the universe-The Prīmulī. After all, Lili is half Primulus, as are her adoptive parents, Capt. Max and Cmdr. Jennifer Gunnarsson. And while Lili's parents defend Azul space in their battle cruiser, the ADF Revolution, Max's parents care for her and try to keep her out of trouble, as well as keep her alive. And that's going to be tough, because Lili doesn't know that the Grigori want her dead. Anaita, the leader of the Grigori, is the one scheming to have her innocent life snuffed out, being she is the mitochondrial Eve of the next phase in human evolution. But Lili has a protector. Her paternal grandfather, Michael, is the one thing keeping the girl alive. Posing as the curator of music and fine arts from Ancient Earth at the C rdoba Historical Institute (as well as her uncle, due to his youthful appearance), he is really the Primulus named Mija-El, known to humanity as Michael the Archangel. And he is a cosmic force to be reckoned with.

Unfortunately, Lili is unaware that she is a walking, dormant plague: a fact only known to her adoptive grandparents. She has an incurable malignancy growing inside her, and she will ultimately infect any world she is on, taking countless others with her. As Michael races against the clock, trying to secretly devise a cure for her magical malady, Lili goes on without a care, completely clueless to the fact that every day she lives her potential demise becomes more powerful, putting even more innocent lives in peril.

So, whether her end comes at the hands of the Grigori, or by her becoming a 29th century Typhoid Mary, eventually...
