Read a living legend

Kevin Miller is my high school English teacher. I'd borrowed his book from the library once, but this year I decided it was time to buy it. He had a few copies left over from his publisher and I got the last one. He wanted to give it to me for free, but I insisted on paying. He repaid me by writing something beautiful on the first page and signing his name. Kevin's a real hero of mine, so this meant a lot. His writing is like his teaching: done for the love, not for the money.
