Finally! A comprehensive and easy-to-use light cookbook!

This cookbook is terrific! It has hundreds of light recipes in every category (even dessert). The recipes are simple, easy-to-use, and step-by-step instructions are provided. The best part is that familiar brands are used in the recipes, taking the guesswork out of which ingredients to use. I also like the fact that nutritional information per serving is included with each recipe. If you are looking for an easy way to improve your diet, then I highly recommend this cookbook. It is a wonderful tool for today's busy lifestyles. You really can have your cake and eat it too!
