An indispensable book on the science and application of aging knowledge.

Aging remains a mystery: there are only observations and partial facts. Like high sugar consumption makes you die early, and green tea is associated with long life. 99% of anti-aging books are of this type, explaining empirical evidence, and are very useful in everyday life. This book however deals with a new theory of aging, sirtuins that wrap around DNA, and direct what parts are active. I personally believe that we are like air flight before the Wright Brothers. A ground breaking book.
