It's good to have a strategy

Unless you are trained in sales, you do not go into a conversation thinking about your outcomes or your strategies. you think topic. You often don't get what you want. This book helps you by thinking of an opening, by what you know about them anticipating 2 or 3 responses from this person, and what you will say to each of these. furhter where you will go to bring you to your close and your desired outcome. not a script ot follow, but examples of how to strategize conversations for more positive outcomes.
