Life's Little Rhubarb CookBook

A great little book, we didn't know that we could do so many things with rhubarb other than pies or tarts. All we have to do now is wait for our plants to start growing again as we head into summer, and we can try a few other recipes as well. Cheers Laurie and Lynette

Easy and Tasty

Rhubarb Jam - Cook 2 quarts chopped rhubarb and and 6 cups sugar until thick. Pour into sterile jars and seal. And that's not even the easiest recipe! Every one I've tried has been just delicious. This is one of those cookbooks that's destined to be dog-eared and splattered.
