Thought through and beautiful

The point of the repatiativeness, is to re-train your brain to thinking positive things. I am sorry, you didn't find it usefull, but I loved the thought of a spiral bound book- I bought her system way back before she had beautiful printed books & I have printed mine twice from CDRom. Anyhow- to everyone else! Go for it. This is a great system!
