A Coastal Delight

This is a wonderful cookbook, full of unique and delicious recipes and party ideas. It is also full of beautiful artwork by local artists featuring scenes of quaint, historic Beaufort, North Carolina. If you have never visited this lovely coastal town, you should at least treat yourself to local dishes, developed and shared by the women of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, who are known for their Holiday Bazaar food and the lunches they serve during the Beaufort Old Homes Tour, held every summer. The seafood recipes are particularly delightful, reflecting the heritage of this seaport town built by watermen and their families. Buy this book, and take a trip to Historic Beaufort--you won't regret either one.
