I found it helpful for class prep

I found it helpful for class preparation. I ended up scanning it onto my laptop and found that it made a good foundation for classnotes and for building my outline. Nothing beats reading the text, but this aided in the initial processing of the information and allowed me to keep up with the professor in notetaking. The key is to use it through the semester and not for cramming in the end.
