This book is fantastic. There are delicious main recipes and then several suggestions for gourmet-quality leftovers. Very creative take on leftovers and the book's layout makes it easy to cross reference recipes.

The recipes in this cookbook take you from Sunday night supper to Wednesday night potluck. It is one of my favorite "go to" cook books. It has the conventional such as roast pork and then the more adventurous such as 'pork salad with mustard soy sauce' or 'medallions of pork with braised fennel and apple-mustard wine sauce'. Have liked them all. My original book is falling apart so am ordering a new one.....
