This is truly a must-read book for pastors and church leaders who want to see church growth and lives changed. Michael Fletcher shares years of experience and insight into why churches plateau while others continue to grow. 90% of churches never break the 100/200 barrier. Why? You may be surprised. This book is simple and down to earth. The issue may be much simplier than you thought. One leadership configuration and stragegy that caused you to grow can be the very thing that hinders your growth in the future. Most pastors and elder boards do not know how to transition in order to create room for growth. Unknowingly, they're putting a lid on the growth of the church. You'll never become a medium-sized church if you have a small-church mentality (in who and how decisions are made - if shepherding isn't structured so that people are cared for). I have read many church growth books but none has helped me as much as this book. Buy this book, read it, and get ready for the lights to turn on.
