I order this book and received it in TWO days. I had purchased this same book from another person and still had not received from them. Dont purchase from "green hipo".

Great Leadership tool

This is a great book to read when you need to learn or increase your leadership skills. It has some great personal assessments to help you learn what your strengths and weaknesses are.

Ok book on Leadership

This book does a pretty good job on describing what leadership is and what it is composed of. This was a text book for one of my classes but I was still able to enjoy it apart from the work.
