The Priceless Face of Joy

It is really in the tiny that all lasting change begins; even our DNA tells us this. As a mother of a teenager, I have read and discussed many books with my daughter. "Lead or Be Led" is by far the most articulate, insightful and surprisingly easy to implement. As my husband and I get ready to launch her into the world, our study of this book has given us a step-by-step blueprint to help her visualize the future and put it into action. More importantly, its implementation is changing anxiety into excitement as each principle is applied. Finally a practical book that tells HOW to improve

28 concise chapters, easy to read, and a practical "Implementation Tool" in each chapter. Bill does a wonderful job of explaining HOW to improve or change particular attributes, and in Chapter 12 he even suggests possibly ignoring some! A great guide for personal, parenting, and professional improvement. I had a huge project that I could never get rolling. Now I realize it is several much smaller, manageable projects, that I can tackle and accomplish. Could easily be used during staff meetings, one chapter at a time, to improve the performance of an entire team, not just myself. First step, order more copies.
