Great

This is a great book if you want to learn a little bit about growing and using your lavender.

luscious lavender for the eye and much more

I just saw this book while visiting a B & B on a lavender farm and came right home to try to find a copy to buy - i just had to have it! The photographs of commercial lavender fields in bloom are unbelievably gorgeous and make you want to take the next plane to Provence or Norfolk. The history is fascinating and also beautifully illustrated with pictures and quotations. The crafts are lovely and the recipes tempting. This book is a treat for the gardener, cook, craftsperson, traveller, historian and many others as well.
