When Lauren's mom gets a job at an office, Lauren gets to stay home alone a lot. At first she thinks the new responsibility is fun, because along wit this she gets to stay up later and have a bigger allowance. Lauren loves having the Sleepover Friends over when she's alone, until things get crazy. Lauren feels like she always is cleaning up after them, and they don't appreciate how nice she's being. Is Lauren letting the Sleepover Friends walk all over her, or does she need new friends?

When Lauren's mom geets a job at on office, Lauren gets to stay home by herself a lot. At first she loves the extra resposibility, and she loves getting to stay up later,and getting a bigger allowance, and having th Sleepover Friends over. But soon it gets out-of control.
