Good overview of owning laundries

Overall, I think this book is excellent in providing an insider view of the laundry business. It provided me with thoughts and provided me with more information on how to make the right decision.The good:(+) It answers most of my questions(+) easy to read, good writing styleThe bad:(+) cost information is out of date (book was dated 1998 or older)(+) I had wished I gotten more information about costing / revenue model from the book.but, i gave a five star, because the author promised most common answers to propective laundry owners, and the author delivered on that promise.
