-Last Look- by Clyde Robert Bulla is the story about a 12-year-old girl named Monica. Monica is always happy. She hangs out with her two best friends, Fran and Audrey. They go to a girl's private school near a lake. That's where they meet Rhoda, the new girl. One day Rhoda and Monica where walking home together. Monica said, "Last Look" and ran inside her house. From inside, Monica heard Rhoda say, "Help! Help! Somebody help me!" Monica didn't believe her. The next day, no one can find Rhoda. Clyde Robert Bulla makes it a lot easier to understand the setting where the character is, what the character is mainly taking about. I recommend this book to people that like scary stories. I don't recommend this book for little kids because is too hard to read the spelling. This is a good book for 4th end 5th graders. The main theme is that you shouldn't lie, just for revenge.
