good reference guide, useful forms

This book offers specific information about Pennsylvania landlord/tenant laws. Since each state has specific laws regarding what is permissible in terms of contracts, evictions, payments, etc., I found that this was a book that addressed these topics. It may not be as good as hiring a lawyer, but it' s a good start to see if you are on the right track and how to start to handle any problems that arise. I am a landlord, but there is a lot of useful information if you are a tenant. Pre-written forms are helpful.
