Most of the the book isn't about Genealogy or Land Records.

Three-Quarters of the first part of book is "How to Draw Mange and Anime". The other part of the book (at the back) is the "Land Research Records. It is just Grantor and Grantee Index Forms" to fill out. Has just two pages about land records. Not sure if the first 3/4 of the book was an accident or what.
