This book is a great supplement to the method explained in the Dine Out and Lose Weight book. This book alerted me to a medical issue I never knew I had -- and it actually gave the solution. I purchased Dine Out and Lose Weight,Eat Yourself Slim and this book. Since February I've gone from a women's 2X to a 12. These books taught me how to eat. It's not a diet --it's a way of eating.I wish someone like Oprah would read these and let everyone know that this works! :-)

All you need is make sure that you eat 3 times a day and eat fresh natural non process food. It is wonderful to get into this and start inventing receipes. I recommand this Method to all people who want to look good and healthy.
