Wonderful recipes, great pictures, the only cookbook I use.

The "Kootenay Country Kitchens Cookbook - a collection of Kootenay favorites" is a wonderful cookbook. I have a family of 5 and my children and husband love every recipe! I am a working mother who loves practical, quick and delicious recipes. This book is perfect. The colored photographs are incredible. The food photos are splendid and the scenic photos of the Kootenays is refreshing. The book also has humourous cartoons which really enlighten the cookbook. I can't wait for the second book!!! A must read for people with good taste.
