Die Ist-Analyse beinhaltet die Betrachtung der Arbeitsschritte bei der Durchf hrung von Projekten und beschreibt die unterst tzenden informationstechnischen Systeme. Die darauf aufbauende Schwachstellenanalyse identifiziert Verbesserungspotentiale und bildet zusammen mit der Ist-Aufnahme die Grundlage f r das Soll-Konzept. Ziel ist es, durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zuk nftigen Nutzer ein Konzept f r eine datenbankgest tzte Webanwendung zu entwickeln. Abschlie end wird ein Einblick in die technische Umsetzung des System gew hrt. -------- This thesis deals with the analysis and development of the IT- applications that are currently implemented for software development projects in the Eonas IT-Beratung und Entwicklung GmbH. The as-is analysis includes the consideration of the steps in the implementation of projects and describes the supporting information technology systems. The following weak-point analysis identifies central points for improvements. Based on both as-is analysis and weak-point analysis a basis for an improved concept is developed. The aim is to develop through close cooperation with future users, a concept for a database-driven web application. Finally, an insight into the technical implementation of the system is explained.
