Excellent Book on Interpreting Your Dreams

If you want an excellent guide book to understanding your dreams, then this is it! The authors provide a step-wise method to working through your dreams, and then use this method to analyze a large variety of sample dreams. I have found this book very helpful in understanding my own dreams, and highly recommend it.

Excellent, Down-to-Earth Advice for Understanding Dreams

As the Dreams Host for BellaOnline.com, I have extensive shelf-space devoted to books on dream analysis, yet this is the book I return to time and again. Pat and Jim Fregia, a.k.a. "the Dream Team" offer simple, down-to-earth methods for deciphering the highly personal symbology present in dreams. Through anectdotes and sample dreams, the Fregias walk the reader through real-life dreams they have analyzed. Later in the book, they have several more dreams for you to practice on, so that you may compare your insights with what the Fregias came up with. I found this section of the book very helpful and have not seen this done in other books.In short, this book is an excellent tool for dreamers everywhere!
