Knit Two review

Knit Two (Friday Night Knitting Club, No 2) Great book. I enjoyed the first book of this series and was excited to get this follow up and then also bought the third one. I copied out the knitting patterns and plan to knit several of the items.

Knit Two

In the second book, the characters are a bit older and have changed slightly. When the past is talked about, it gives a different point of view or perspective of what actually happened. I'm about 25% in, but I am enjoying it. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoyed reading the first volume of the FNKC :-)

great read

I loved this book. It is a great, easy read. I love the closeness of the women in the Friday Night Knitting Club. Every woman should read this book.

Knit Two

I really enjoyed this book. It was almost like visiting old friends. Also, I appreciate the way the writer put it all together so I didn't have to go back to find out what had just happened. I am waiting for Kate Jacobs' next book. I do thank her for such lovely stories, especially since I have a daughter who knits and belongs to a group like the Friday Night Knitting Club!!

Better than the first!

I read them one right after the other (read the first one twice in six months to do this - GOD bless my kindle that I had it right at my fingertips!) and I think that only made it better. By the second book we already know our characters so they are able to branch out and do their thing - which was fun and great. I loved this book and found it very satisfying. Kate Jacobs seems to really expect her readers to do their share and "Keep Up" when reading, which was refreshing. Some fiction writers explain too much, she just gets on with it. I thought it was fresh and lovely. I laughed, I cried and it was genuine. You will probably like it, too.
