Pretty Good So Far

Well, I've read a good deal of the stories in this book, and I have to say, over all they are decent. Not as good as Fatal Attractions (book XI), but still decent. The best story so far was deffinatly "Route 666" and coming in second is "One More Notch." The worst so far are "The Heroine" and "Death Fetish."I recomend it.

Cliff wonders how Anne can be in two places at once but is so thrilled just to be with her he doesn't question her sudden appearances in his room. As her sexual demands get fiercer and more dangerous he realizes all isn't as it appears. The ending is shocking and moving. <p>In Deidre Cox's PLAYERS a woman betrayed by her man seeks out a "filth eater" to cleanse this cheating slime ball of his hurting ways. It's a wonderfully nasty tale of ultimate revenge.<br> <br>The Healing Touch by Terry Campbell is reminiscent of the wonderfully wicked GEEK LOVE by Katherine Dunn. It tells the story of a woman with so deep a compassion for the afflicted she goes to amazing lengths to make them feel better. She sees beauty where others see only deformities. Ultimately her compassion gets out of hand and her need to be needed causes her to do a very terrifying thing. <p>Grieving over the loss of his wife a man longs to have just ONE LAST TIME with his beloved in Michael Garrett's touching story of eternal love. This one's a tear jerker, at least for me, anyway.<p>Nancy Holder ends things on a most repulsive note with BONUS NOTCHES. This is the tale of two bored housewives who go to frightening lengths to out do each other. What begins as a simple game of sexual one-upmanship takes a darkly dangerous turn as the stakes are continually raised. Several of the stories are not only powerful but also very moving, some are surprisingly touching and there are even a few lighthearted stories (well, as lighthearted as horror gets). Overall it's a great mix that works for me and definitely delivers what it promises on the blurb.

IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER!

A VERY GOOD FRIEND GOT ME HOOKED ON THE SERIES AND IM GLAD!MY FAVORITE STORY IN THIS BOOK (WHICH WAS HARD TO CHOOSE) WAS ROUTE 666. NOW THATS MY KIND OF HORROR! I WOULD READ RECOMMEND THIS SERIES HIGHLY, IT HAS EVERYTHING IN IT, HORROR, SEX AND SOMETIMES COMEDY.

Sizzling, Erotic, Deadly!

The HOT BLOOD series should be on the bookshelf of every self-proclaimed erotic horror fan. Every book promises erotic delights, spiced up with some good old-fashioned sex and even some new-fashioned sex to boot. :) Some of the stories in this latest entry are down and out gorefests, while others are more erotically suspenseful. While not as up-to-standards as some of the others in the series (though I would argue that none of the books past the original trilogy can ever match the power of the original Hot, Hotter and Hottest Blood novels), the stories within are nonetheless compelling and a definite turn-on. Perhaps that's one of the hallmarks of this long-lived series Gelb and Garrett -- no story reads like any other one. Some have been published in porn magazines and others are totally new. But all share the same diabolically evil goal -- to get you hot, bothered, turned-on...and scared out of your wits. Don't miss out....

If you love erotic horror,this is the book for you.

I have been a reader of this series since it began in the late 80's and I haven't been disappointed.I love the variety of the authors and how contemporary and fresh the stories are.
