Ferner fragt es, wie sich das Verhaeltnis von Recht und Moral im realen Sozialismus einer poststalinistischen Gesellschaft, die im Traditionsbezug auf Marx, Engels und Lenin auf die Verwirklichung des Kommunismus abzielte, begruendete und gestaltete.

The 1st Kirk Law Review

In Kirk's Law written by Robert Newton Peck he had an intended purpose to get through to people that not all people are bad. A 15 year old boy is dropped off by his dad with Kirk in the wilderness of Vermont to smarten him up. Robert Newton Pick has some interesting diction in this book. He uses words that a mountain man would use. He also describes some images with very vivid detail, for example the very beautiful sunsets they're able to see from high in the mountains. Depending on the relationships you have in your life you can get a really good mood out of reading this book. If you know someone with a troubled life always doing bad things and other things like getting expelled from school, this book can make you feel better about that person by giving you hope that all people can change. Because in the resolution this boy makes a complete change with his life by turning into a very hardworking person and that will know longer take things for granted. This book will get through to people that have troubled lives, Robert Newton Peck did what he was trying to do. This book does not even have to be for those people who need inspiration for someone in their lives. It can really keep an outdoorsy person interested. I learned outdoor skills from reading this book, like how to kill rabbits. It also enhances the beauty of nature. Robert Newton Peck made me think of what life would be like just living off the land with know stores to run to for groceries. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
