Girls are tough and family is fun

This tale based in Hawaii is a fun story for girls and boys alike. Kimo, visiting presumably from the mainland, is begrudgingly taught to surf by her cousin. Stereotypes and assumptions are debunked, all with a unique style of colourful illustrations. Girls are tough and family is fun. Lots of good will in this story.
