Excellent...

"Killer" marks a turning point in the Fearless series: we get to see a different side of Ella and finish with our first happy ending of sorts!I would definitely name "Killer" as my joint favourite in the Fearless series so far, on a par with #14 "Missing". I love happy endings and both these books involve Gaia realising some element of her dreams. Like every instalment in the Fearless saga, Killer is an action-packed, fast-paced read that will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout. These books are so different to most other teen literature and give a far more realistic outlook on life. I highly recommend this book to all Fearless fans. Although each stands well on its own, it’s probably best to read the series in order. Having read fairly chaotically (7, 11, 13, 14, 9, 10 and then 12) I know that it is possible to read out of sequence, but the story will make much more sense if you do. This was an excellent addition to the Fearless series.*Jenna Ryan*

Killer Book

Killer was the best book in the whole Fearless series so far. It has a lot of twist and turns. In this book you see the real Ella who appears totally different. Gaia believes that her father is Loki and that it was her father who killed her mother. The best part of the book was that Gaia and Sam finally tell each other how they feel. This was a killer book and I would reccomend it to anyone because it has everything from action to romance.

A great new turning point in the Fearless series.

Gaia Moore's life is slowly being torn apart. Her official foster mother, Ella, was more then she appeared to look like. Her uncle Oliver promised Gaia they would be together to escape all this mess in New York, but for some reason he hasn't been in touch for a while. And Gaia is in more danger then ever before -- she has to find out the secrets that await her, and the revelations that will forever change her life. Sam faces a struggle with a friend battling for his life, while Heatherand Ed are beginning to find even more troubles, mainly financial status. Everything seems to be falling apart... and the answers will require more then just searching for in order to discover. Fearless #12: Killer is an amazing turning point in the series by Francine Pascal, and all the mysteries are beginning to fall into place, with danger at every turn. This was the best one yet, and teen readers of the Fearless series will appreciate this book more then any of the others in the series.

THIS WILL WOW YOU!

You just will not believe the twisting and turning that goes on in this book! It will take you for the ride of your life. Especially if you have read the series so far. In #12, Killer, I can't even begin to tell you what goes on, because it would spoil the book - that's how good it is. Expect the unexpected. Let me just say that you see Ella and Loki and even Ed in totally different lights. Gaia gets the shock of her life when she sees Ella's true identity firsthand. I cannot wait until the Tom Moore/Loki showdown in the next book...it's gonna rock!

Still going strong....

I was worried that Fearless might begin to drag out as the series went on, especially when it was announced that the series had been extended from twelve books to eighteen. Luckily I was wrong, as with the exception of the Gaia/Sam thing, Fearless continued to be an excellant series. And even my only problem was solved in this book. A lot happens. For one thing, Ella is revealed to be TOTALLY different then we had though, and attones for her past mistakes. But anyway, I'm getting ahead. Here's the plot: Gaia believes Loki is her nice, friendly uncle, who wants to take her away to Europe and give her a good home. Before she leaves, she wants to find her father, who she glimpsed saving her life one day. That's really just a plot device for her to stay in the city. She never finds him. (But he decides he will find her!) But in the end everything is happy (until the next book, that is). Finally a happy ending!
