Great book

One of my childhood favorites

My First Mystery

I still remember where this book was kept on the library shelf in my elementary school when I was a child. That was approximately fifty three years ago. Second shelf down in the bookcase next to the fireplace. Yes, there was a fireplace. The librarian always read books to us as we sat around it. It was my first mystery and instilled in me a lifelong passion for mystery/detective books. It’s still a good read and I recommend it for reading to your children.

Loved this book as kids

What's not to love. Wholesome kids family adventure trying to solve the mystery and fun early reader chapter book. Still have our legacy copy, our kids loved it too. Great for all ages and very satisfying treasure hunt!
