What, exactly, is the ketogenic diet?
The ketogenic diet seems relatively simple (eat good fats, avoid Net carbohydrates, etc.) There are many ways to do the diet, but most the ways rely on you being able to cut out Net carbohydrates as soon as possible; the sooner that you cut out carbohydrates, the sooner you will be able to enter ketosis and start losing weight.
