Heartwarming!

This book shows you how you can be kind to your little brother or sister. It's a very good story about Karen's family adopting a little sister. If you like the other Karen books, you should like this book.

the cover is so cute

karen's adopted sister emily michelle is a cutie pie but when she's crying a lot and getting attention karen feels left out. It turns out she's crying cause of having horrible ear infections and she has to get surgery and then karen feels bad. Also karen gets a pet rat in this book for the little house.

I think this book is a good book.

Karen is 7 years old. Her parents got divorced but then they got married again. Karen's having a big problem with her little stepsister. Then her stepsister gets sick and no one will pay attention to Karen. What will Karen do to get attention?
