I have read this book from cover to cover. It is a very enjoyable read. The Author never tells you that Kajukenbo is the best system ever, nor does he market Kajukenbo. Instead, he uses his time and your time wisely to explain Kajukenbo techniques in a easy to understand way. He also goes into just enough depth of the why behind what you are doing. It is nice when you get the reason behind a theory or technique and not just told to do it just because. Knowing how it fits into the Martial arts and the purpose it is there, is something he is a master at explaining. The only thing I would change would be to make it a large volume. I am sure this is only a small sliver of knowlege he could pass along to us.
