Okay read, slow buildup

It was alright, a good afternoon read. I feel like it ended with a lot of unanswered questions that very well could have been incorporated into the story. The buildup was really slow, I felt like the most compelling bits were packed into the last quarter of the book. I read it all in one sitting and enjoyed it, though!

So much potential but just boring

Saw the hype online and decided to give it a go. Slow burn that built up to a lackluster ending. It could’ve went a million ways but it failed. None of the characters are likeable. Very anti climactic.
