Nick and Tim, who had spent a very unique and unusual summer last year have just completed another year at University, and have made plans to stay at Nick's Uncle's house again for the summer. This year, his Uncle is going to pay them both for painting the outside of the house. What they don't know yet is that they will have company. The Uncle has purchased some prize horses and is boarding them in his stables. But Justin needs help as the Old Manor expands into a farm. Surprise! Justin hires a trusted friend, another cowboy, to help with tending to the farm. Boy oh boy, this will be a hot summer to remember. But for Justin, there's a not-so-little surprise when he reunites with his first girlfriend, Amanda. Will this Old Manor allow such excitement?
