The tools you need to make sobriety a possibility!

Going into meetings, starting off with the principles and daily meditation, honestly just brings comfort to a time when I wasn’t sure a sober life would ever be for me! 6yrs later, sober, and I still have all my books, because I still read them. What started as comfort became a way to live freely! You need tools for sobriety and books are an amazing asset! Just for today ❤️

Simple messages for people who like to complicate life. I've lost track of how many times, the daily meditation has been exactly what I need to hear. I read it every morning, and every night, it really helps me deal with "stinking thinking". Highly Recommended for all addicts.
