Great for " those " mother daughter talks.

I purchased this for my granddaughter as she is growing up and asking questions and needs to know about puberty and the changes it brings to all girls. She had borrowed one from a friend and wanted her own.She had many questions for both her mother and myself and the book opened the door for the true answers.It is well written and has diagrams as well and explains the visable and internal changes of puberty in a way that is informative and not embarassing for the girl..It also explains puberty in boys and the visable signs.It is a good book and I highly recommend it,especially to the parent who is uncomfortable dealing with "the talk" or for a single parent dad.
