All The Executioner novels have been excellent since the originator of the series died, but buy the newer ones with model Phil McCauley on the cover. The older ones that Don Pendleton wrote himself were hokie. To make matters worse he mixed existentialist philosophy with action-adventure. In recent years these books have been pure action-adventure. In this volume, Jungle Justice, Bolan (The Executioner) is after a poacher in India. The plot is well conceived. The dialogue sufficient. Sentences are well-crafted with natural flow and decent use of commas. And, of course, the story is action-packed. Highly recommended for all who love the action genre. Good quick read at just about 221 pages.
