The Story Of Junebug

The story is about a little boy named Junebug and him his mom,sister and aunt are trying to move out of the project's because that is a nasty ugly neighborhood that has lots of bad things going on.So Junegebug colects these bottles and write these wishes that he wantes to be granted and one was to be a sailor and learn how to sail a boat and when Junebug gets his wish he was more than happy.This is a good book so read it give your rate and write what you think of the story Junebug.

JuneBug Is a great book. It tells how a young boy named "junebug" Lives in the projects. He has collected up to 50 bottles that he could use to set in the sea so people can read his wish. His wish is to be a sailer. Alot of things happen along his way. His mother breakes her leg, The libary closes, Darnell Runs away, Theres a fight against MaMa and Jolita. Read this book to find out what heppens to june bug! ^.^

Fabulous read aloud

This is a great book to read out loud to students. The writing is lyrical and poignant. This is an excellent book to use for discussion of literary elements as well as discussing character and personal choices. My students loved it.
