A Journey of Faith

An enchanting story rich in historical context of what it entails being a lighthouse keeper. I loved Julia’s journey to finding true joy as she embarks on a new adventure per her granny’s will to stay on an island with the lighthouse keeper & his mother. It is a journey of finding herself and finding her way back to her Lord. I felt like I could taste the salty air and feel the breeze in my hair as my toes waded into the water. William is a perfect hero as he gives Julia space to explore her faith and her future. I loved the interaction between William and his mother and their love for the island and how their faith was interwoven into the story. It is a story of faith, family, sweet romance, and leaving baggage behind. I really enjoyed the book and look forward to more by this author.
