John Deere's Company

I grew up on and around John Deere equipment, so this book was a no-brainer read for me. It takes a long time to get through, but has a lot of great information on the company formation, the people who made the company and some of the products they created. From John Deere to William Hewitt, each CEO/President had their own style and this book explains how it affected the future of the company. A definite must read for the hard-core John Deere fan.
