God Bless Joe Boyd

Joe Boyd has given me a great tool, knowledge. I am no longer a babe in the woods when in comes to the construction of my home. With the advice and techniques and "war stories" in Boyd's book, I am able to deal with the architect and the construction manager in a positive, honest venue. I see the pitfalls and avoid them. This book is a must for anyone even thinking of building a home, espicially those people already in the business. Now, if we can only get a lawyer or HMO doctor with the courage to stand up and write a similiar book, the world would be a better place.
