For a school progect,i was asked to read a biograghy and do a report on it-since i LOVE Jimi Hendrix,i decided id look for a bio on him, though i seriously doubted it.Most schools dont have anything on the rock god.well,to my utter disbelief, they had "jimi hendrix"by sean piccoli.without a minutes hesitation,i checked it out.i truly believe that it is the best hendrix biography ever printed. The articles,as well as the illustrations were spectacular!i highly recommend buying this book.Right now,im in the process of saving enough money for it myself.im trying to pay off a stratocaster at the moment.but again, this book is awesome!the only thing not good about this book is that its out of print an hard to find-so get the book, read it,enjoy it,and you'll see what im sayn. You wont regret it!Later![...]

The greatest book about Jimi Hendrix

I think the biography of Jimi Hendrix is a great book. The book is written by Sean Piccoli. The book is about Jimi Hendrix and how he became a rock and roll superstar. When I read the book, I was amazed by how many different bands Jimi was in and the number of different rockstars Jimi played with like Eric Clapton, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones. The booktells how Jimi's life as a rock star wasn't always an easy road. Jimi had to put up with jealous musicians, tough crowds, and drugs when he was just getting started. I think this is a great book for anyone looking for a biography to read for school, or for anyone interested in finding out more about rock and roll stars.
fairly good book

I read many books, and a book I just read was a biography of Jimi Hendrix by Sean Piccoli appropriately named Jimi Hendrix. It was a fairly good book that I thoroughly enjoyed. It moved at a fast pace in the beginning but slowed down later in the end. I learned some fairly intersting facts throughout the book about Jimi Hendrix and the things he did. Overall, I would only recommend this book to fans of rock music because this book is about one of the founders of rock and his life.
