This was a very good book. Kerry Gallivan & her younger brother are determined to reach California after their father's sudden death. They will do anything it takes to make it to California to fulfill her father's dream of starting a ranch. While traveling with a large train of people also going to California she falls for the train's Wagon Master Jeb Hunter. Jeb is all business at first & his only care is to make sure that he gets everyone to California safely. Jeb has a haunting past that won't leave his heart. He feels guilty over the death of his first wife & doesn't intend to open his heart again but is surprised to find that Kerry Gallivan is the woman for him. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Oregon Trail, 1800's Mid West You'll cheer for Kerry and Patrick's pioneering spirit and their determination to achieve their dreams. Along the way, Kerry unexpectedly finds love with sometimes sullen, sometimes tender and always arousing, wagon master Jeb Hunter. This tender story is quick and easy to read and most enjoyable!
