The moment I knew I was corrupted...

Jazz is the first yaoi series I owned so it holds a special place in my heart. Sure it might not be the prettiest, most original yaoi out there but you could do a lot worse. First off Naoki and Doc are manly man, no small children or girly guys in this, and thats how I like it. Then the angst level is turned up to eleven. Angst is always good...Its awesome!

Fascinating Story!

First of all its a Drama OK, in dramas they intended to mix it up. The art were Ok it supports the story. The story was amazing pretty interesting to me the way the characters react and their moods. Everyone have different styles of understanding to something thats why humans are so unique to each other because we don't think the same like for those negative reviews that how they *review* the book. Give it a try, If your a Yaoi Collector like me and you didn't like the manga, just be happy you have the volume one to add on you collections so it will not hurt at all.

hot and fierce

This is a joy to read if you like forceful relationships, which I admittedly do. I found the friendship turned obsession fascinating to see unfold. It really gets into the mind of the possessive patient hunting for his doctor.

Books

Execellent book. Definite page turner, I couldn't put the book down until it was finished. If a volume two comes out, I would purchase it in a heart beat.

Great story line and characters!

This is yaoi though not explicit like "Brother", which is a pity though usual in most Japanese yaoi. The art itself could be better and "prettier". But the story arc is great and the 2 protagonists are not there just for sex. They have depth of character, their feelings for each other beautifully expressed. There is a build-up of intensity which I appreciate. I definitely look forward to the development of their relationship in Jazz Volume 2.
