Neat and Sturdy

I wanted a pocket dictionary that was easy to use wherever I went. How being the poor uni student I am, value was important. I had heard good things about the Langenscheidt dictionaries but found they were not being made anymore. It turns out these new Berlitz dictionaries are their reincarnated form as Berlitz has taken possession of the company it seems. Berlitz make 3 sizes, "concise" "compact" and "pocket". The compact was the best compromise and it is quite portable. The inclusion of kanji ordering is useful also. One final feature they boast is the inclusion of modern terms, mostly technological but also some scientific. Although I had heard people loved the old tough cover I think the new cover is also quite sturdy. The only reason I can't 5 star it is because can be annoying despite it also including Japanese characters. However if you are looking for romaji then I'd have no problem recommending this dictionary.
